Application:

Use Method

It is used to make 25% dispersion liquid. The process is as follows:

Adding the HY-70W-2 gradually under the condition of rapid mixing,and then continue to stir after 20 minutes, the viscosity of the system increases rapidly.stopping stir after it disperse evenly, and the dispersion aging for 1 hour, the viscosity will become lower than in the begining. Then stir it for evenly.The HY-70W-2 dispersing liquid does not require high shear force.

Then restart stirring to make it uniform. The production of the dispersion of HY-70W-2 does not require particularly high shear.
